01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tk67 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the tk67 platform at https://tk67.io. By completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the tk67 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tk67. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

tk67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where material changes are involved, in which case registered players will be notified by email. The version of the Terms displayed on this page at the time of your use of the platform governs your interaction with tk67 during that session.

02 Eligibility

Use of the tk67 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. tk67 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of tk67 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the tk67 platform, nor are you subject to a self-exclusion agreement that remains active.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close associate of tk67 or any of its affiliated entities.

tk67 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or residential address at any time and to suspend account access pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by support may result in permanent account closure.

03 Account Registration

To use the full features of the tk67 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single, personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on tk67. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.
• Account security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tk67 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Account non-transferability: Your tk67 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other individual or entity under any circumstances.

tk67 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without providing a reason for such refusal. Accounts found to have been created using false, misleading, or stolen identity information will be closed without notice and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tk67 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk67 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional channels may be added or removed at tk67's discretion; current available options will always be displayed within your account dashboard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. tk67 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to completion of identity verification. Withdrawal amounts may not exceed the verified deposit source limit unless additional verification has been completed. tk67 processes withdrawals only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

• Players must have fully verified their account before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the respective promotion.
• tk67 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at any time, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee to cover payment provider costs.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

tk67 offers various promotions, bonuses, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the stated validity window will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active promotional bonus simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Eligibility: tk67 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, or breach of these Terms.
• Abuse and exploitation: Any attempt to exploit promotions through hedging bets, operating multiple accounts, or using automated systems to generate guaranteed profit will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.

tk67's VIP loyalty programme operates under its own supplementary terms, which are communicated to eligible players upon tier entry. Points earned through the loyalty programme are non-transferable, have no cash value outside the programme, and are subject to adjustment in the event of reversed or void bets.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the tk67 platform are subject to the rules of the specific game or sport in question, as displayed within the relevant section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all product verticals:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. tk67 will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described under the void bet policy.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet type and are displayed within the relevant betting interface prior to confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or incorrectly quoted odds due to a manifest error, tk67 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Void bets — arising from event cancellation, postponement beyond the stated settlement window, or other qualifying circumstances — will have stakes returned in full to the player's account balance.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection stability. tk67 cannot be held responsible for bets not being registered due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — settle according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent).

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk67 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

1. Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place or manage bets without manual human input.
2. Operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
3. Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies between tk67 and other platforms in a manner designed to generate risk-free profit.
4. Colluding with other players, platform staff, game operators, or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or event.
5. Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring transactions to obscure the origin of funds.
6. Impersonating another person, providing false identity documents, or misrepresenting your identity in any verification process.
7. Attempting to access, probe, or exploit any vulnerability in the tk67 platform's technical infrastructure.
8. Using the platform in any manner that disrupts other players' experience or the normal operation of the platform's systems.

tk67 cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in cases involving suspected criminal activity and will disclose account information as required by applicable legal process.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk67 platform — including but not limited to the tk67 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, data feeds, game interfaces, and all related intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to tk67 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform's content or technology.

Any unauthorised use of tk67's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk67 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the tk67 platform or any part thereof.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any individual service, whether caused by technical failure, scheduled maintenance, or external factors.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or data displayed on the platform, including odds, scores, or event results.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Losses arising from betting or gaming activity, including losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the platform.

tk67 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by tk67's negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

10 Privacy & Data

tk67 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. By registering and using tk67, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

tk67 implements SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the platform's servers. Personal data is stored on secured infrastructure and is accessible only to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. tk67 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Players may request a copy of the personal data held about them, or request deletion of their data, by contacting support at [email protected]. Note that certain data must be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes even following an account closure request.

11 Responsible Gaming

tk67 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools that are accessible to all registered players at any time, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools or to contact support to discuss their options. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will remain in effect for the duration specified by the player. Players under self-exclusion are not eligible to receive bonus offers during the exclusion period.

12 Termination

tk67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if, in its reasonable judgement, a player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 30 business days, unless the closure resulted from a breach of these Terms, in which case balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of satisfactory identity verification.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the tk67 platform that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with the support team shall be referred to binding arbitration, the outcome of which shall be final and enforceable.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests on an emergency basis.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
